Change Navigator Program with one of the 4 Biggest Chinese Bank

As a trusted partner, we worked with the Chinese bank to run an year long training campaign. Departments and teams were invited to join our Change Navigator Program. We have completed 1-2 classes each month and more is coming in 2019! The aim of the program is to prepare them with a mindset to adapt organizational and market change swiftly.
